Dealing with groupon Tantamount to TORTURE

I bought a R600 voucher for a tefl course the course - the log in page says its expired, it hasn't - I phoned the call center waited for 5 minutes to to speak to someone - spoke for 1 minute then was left on hold for 8 MINUTES!!! This isn't the first time this has happened. Last time the voucher disappeared off my deals and it was said that the voucher had been redeemed! IT HADNT!!! Why is it my responsibility to chase after services that I have already paid for under almost impossible conditions - Groupon is not complying with the consumer protection act and are therefore breaking the law!!! Does that make them *********? What does that make me for dealing with them ? For spending my hard earned money with them ? STUPID? this is not just about the rand value of services paid for but also the rand value in phone calls and emails to ensure that I get what I paid for and what about my time - my boyfriend tried to get R1000 back from groupon and the Rand value was more than R80 in a 40 MINUTE phone call to groupon!!! And his time and aggravation. That is almost ten percent of the total!!! NO GOOD DEAL IS WORTH GROUPONS BAD SERVICE - it will cost more than it's worth in the end!!!
