Damaged Rocket Blender

Good morning,<br> <br> In October I purchased a MILEX ROCKET BLENDER from Groupon as a xmas gift.<br> When opened after xmas I found it to be damaged. The motor has a burning smell and the blender cup leaks. Therefore, it is unable to be used. I have tried calling and just get cut off due to 'HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS' and have had NO response to my emails. This product has a 2 year warranty but who can assist if I cant get hold of anyone? Groupon promises to respond to emails within 2 days - this is definitely not the case. PLEASE HELP. I cannot afford to make a Trunk Call from my landline at my cost and either be cut off or be put on hold indefinitely. <br> <br> Kind regards,<br> <br> Linda
