Damaged goods and they wont refund me my money

I purchased a Telefunken Home-theater (R1299) from Groupon in Oct or so of 2014. The Hometheater was delivered in Dec, and it broke in Dec. I sent an email to Groupon in Jan 2015. I finally recieved correspondence in April 2015 from Shana ****er, they sent me to a service provider who would fix the DVD. The service provider came back and said its not fixable.on the 29 Jun 2015 Runiel Phingeland said they would repair me in full. I am yet to receive the payment. I have tried numerous times to contact them and there is no response.<br> <br> The ticket number I was given is: ***9. I just want my money back, nothing else. I am only available on email at the moment because I am out of the country.
