Damaged goods and bad service

I ordered two passport holders on 27 Nov for my parents who left overseas on 16 Dec. Passport holders arrived on 17 Dec with zips broken, cheap material and wrong colours. Certainly not worth the price, nor worth my sending back by courier using own money.<br> Order a smar****ch on same day, no stock, still have to be refunded.<br> Ordered mini sewing machine on 27 Nov, still has not arrived.<br> <br> Will not be using Groupon again
