DAMAGED GOODS

I received a broken vacuum cleaner in december,i phoned groupon on the 15th so that they can collect the useless vacuum cleaner,they logged the incident and up till today no one has contacted me to collect this ******* and refund my money-i have send them 14 emails and made 3 phone calls to them ,no one has the decency to give me proper feed back,i want the whole world to know how bad your service is and i want my money immediately paid back
