DAMAGE GOODS RECEIVED -3 MONTHS LATER NO HELP

Please beware of the kids GPS tracker that you can buy on groupon. I bought two and they do not work. They freeze in the middle of a call. I contacted Croupon within my 7 days as per their rules to came and collect the broken watches and they returned by way of email months later that I must send a courier to provide same to them....thus I pay for the broken watches then again courier fees to get my money back. SO I LOOSE ANYWAY AS THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE MY COURIER FEES......<br> <br> I informed them as per their rules when a product is faulty they will collect......Now in Feb still nothing...<br> <br> BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE - THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND S**** BUT NOT WILLING AT ALL TO RECTIFY AND ADHERE TO THEIR OWN RULES.....<br> <br> SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED.
