Customerservice shocking still no feedback 22days!

Good day<br> whilst I understand that you have higher volume of inquiries during December I feel that I should have received a response in a reasonably acceptable time frame. <br> <br> It has been 22 days since submitting the query and I still have not received any feedback!! I need to urgently have my groupon voucher as a gift voucher sent to me. The system does not allow me to change the format afterwards.<br> Regards<br> <br> <br> Julia
