Customer support is non existent

I bought a new 10\ tablet on Groupon. The item arrived but the seals on the box was broken. I called their call centre to ask for the item to be replaced by a new item as was advertised. I was told that someone would get back to me. I was then emailed to return the item at my cost. I tried to contact the call centre again but my call gets cut off of there is an error. I emailed my query to groupon but get a standard response to say return the item. This is not the level of customer support that I expect. Very disappointed."
