Credit on not refund on cancellation of order

Good day<br> <br> I purchased a voucher for a month's classes at Flight Club SA- Bryanston. I sustained injury after I told the trainer that I have back problems and I could not do the exercises he told me I had to. He couldn't provide alternative exercises. Management ignored this, and with the injury that followed. I refused to go back. <br> <br> Groupon were quick in refunding me the amount. However gave me a credit on my Groupon account. After being told that I shall receive the amount back in my account.<br> <br> After calling the support centre. I now get told, this is how things are done...<br> <br> I am not a happy customer. And would like this matter resolved ASAP!
