Christmas gift MIA

We ordered a Fisher Price Snow Soother from Groupon and received a order confirmation on the 30th of November, that stated it would be delivered within 10 working days. Delivery was 4 days late. The problem is that the wrong product was delivered. We immediately contacted their customer service, which was supposed to call us within 2 days which also did not happen. Christmas is a week from now and we still do not have our gift. Can someone please contact us very urgently!
