Charging me an extra R100

I bought a fitness activity tracker, the advert said R399 - but these were sold out, so I purchased the R499 one. But I checked later that afternoon and all of a sudden all of the R399 one's were available again. How does this work? Are we saying they are all \sold out"but then open it up again later to up the sales???<br> I contacted them"
