car vacuum delivered damaged no response to email

I bought a car vacuum through groupon. It arrived damaged and has zero sucking power. I emailed them and have been waiting for two weeks for them to resolve this. All I got is an email stating that they're experiencing high query volumes. Must be complaints about their poor quality products!
