Cant repair bought items

I've bought a Stylus tablet on Groupon thinking wow what a bargain - which is until you need to repair or replace something. Nobody has it in stock and I've got no response when emailing Groupon. Might as well throw it in the dustbin .... last time I buy anything off this site or advise anybody to do so as well!<br>
