Cannot Get My Money Back

I bought 2 Groupon's for a New Years party Electric Vines, The event ended up being cancelled.<br> I have been trying to get my money back since the 26th December and have had NO luck at all, I have called and cannot get through as the line is either busy or there are technical difficulties, I have also emailed, tried contacting on Facebook and twitter. I have had not ONE response yet and its just PATHETIC. <br> <br> What else am I actually supposed to do to try and get hold of these people?????<br> <br> This has made me never want to purchase a Groupon again<br>
