Cancelling of voucher

Hi<br> <br> I sent an email to Group On to cancel one of the vouchers that I bought within the 7 working days period and received no feed back from them. I tried calling as well but the queue was very busy. I do understand they could be extremely busy but it has been 5 working days and no one has come back to me yet. The automated response said that they would get back to within 2 working days from the date of my email (07/12/2015).<br> <br> Id like my query resolved!!
