Cancelled our appointment

Good day <br> <br> I bought 4 groupon spa vouchers in November , I called to make a booking and I was booked for the 18th December for 12:30 at about 11:30 on my way there Shamwari day spa called me to cancel my booking because there is no water, Samantha confirmed at she would call me back to reschedule another date for us. I received no call from them , until I called 07-01-2016 , I informed them that I cannot do any week days only weekends now because we are all back at work. She said that she cannot accommodate us, she said I should get a refund from groupon. <br> <br> so i emailed Groupon support that same day and still to this date i did not receive a call nor email. <br> in my mail i threatened that i would go on hello peter and thats exactly what im doing. <br> <br> I am actually disgusted in the way groupon stuff always mess people around , this is not the 1st time I have a issue with groupon goods. Do yourself a favor and do a check on the company before you promote them on your site. <br>
