Cancellation of Voucher

Please note that on the 10th of December, i sent an email to Groupon cancelling the voucher Purchased Nov 27, 2015 and i received the response to confirm that my cancellation is considered.That was the last time i heard from them. Later on the 18th December 2015 i followed up and there was no respond again, tried to contact telephonically and there was respond again.
