Cancellation not processed

I bought a groupon voucher on the 15.12.2015 and cancelled it the same day by sending them an e-mail. They rep**** back saying they will get back to me within 2 days until now. When I try calling them you just get through an operator with no one answering the call. I just want my refund as they promise within 7 days cancellation on their voucher.
