CAN SOMEBODY FROM GROUPON PLEASE RESPOND

I have logged a query with Groupon. The agent told me to send an email. I've sent the email, and gave them 7 days to respond. After 7 days I emailed Groupon again, and its now 5 days (12 days in total) later, and still no contact from/by Groupon. They promise that they will call back within 3 to 5 days.<br> <br> Can somebody please contact me to resolve my query!!?
