Can I get my money back please

I bought 2 items on Groupon at the beginning of last month, wasn't happy with it and returned the items. Courier picked up the items on the 11 August, it's almost a month later and still have no refund. I contacted their offices on the 28 August and Sibu assisted me, informing me that it would take 3-5 days to be refunded. She informs me that they will send me an email. On the 2 September i contact them again and speak to Faizel, i give him the reference number and he says that he can see no refund has been done. He said that he would inform his team leader to escalate the refund, they will send me an email. No email has been sent and no refund has been done. Im tired of phoning, you wait forever to get through and half the time the systems are down. You running up my phone bill. Can i just get back my money please?
