Bunked Beds Metal missing items tented steel frame

Kindly note that I purchased Metal Bunk Bed with Wooden Post for 1999,99 on 06/01/2016 and delivery was on 14/02/2016 and the package was opened on 28/01/2016.<br> <br> It is with regret and disappointment that upon assembly of the bed we realized that the all wooden posts making the bunk bed were missing from the package box issued. The missing parts are as follows and as referenced from the \ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION MW - WDB01"leaflet issued(see attached document).<br> 1) B. Woodpost \""UP\"" (4pcs)<br> 2) C. Wood post \""DOWN\"" (4pcs)<br> <br> I have never been this disappointed and I am not about to have a breach of contract with my tenant because of inefficiency. I have a contract that stipulated my apartment as fully furnished and because the steel frame is tented and they are missing items. Please fully refund my money and let your **** supplier pick up this ******* delivery. <br> <br> Your policy of no return if open is not fair to customers as I trusted that I am buying good bed. It's tended and they are missing items. I would not gave known of this dis viceroy if the items was unopened. I need my money"
