Broken product and they not making contact

<p>I have tried now contacting them and an Anand JP eventually contacted me about their broken black series car vacuum that after about 3/4 months doesn't work anymore and I'll be damned if I loose out on money! I responded to his email as he was asking for some sec code which I don't know what the hell that is and told him to phone me which he obviously has not done! I want this sorted out today and I'm NOT waiting any longer!!</p>
