BROKEN KIDS WATCHES DELIVERED AND NO RESPONSE

I bought 2 kids tracker smart watches from groupon. When arrived both watches are faulty and do not work. I have paid quite a bit for them and within my 7 days as per grouon's conditions requested them to came and collect and provide me with a refund...no reply. I have again twice send emails to them to the effect, still nothing. This is absolutely terrible service...I will not leave this until I have my money back....
