Bought a Voucher & Cant get refund

I bought a voucher from Groupon for Crazi bout hair and they were closed in December when i wanted to have it done and only opened on 11 Jan. Since then i have been contacting them to book and no joy. I asked Phumza to use that money and give me a voucher for another place, she says she cant. they must refund to my groupon acct and then i must buy. I said i dont want to buy and i want the refund. She says they cant give me my money back. Said she will get the manager to call me back, That was 11am and i still havent recieved a call from the manager. This is the first and last time i will buy with them. Now i know why they dont
