Bought a brand new Gazebo, but the cover was torn

I bought a brand new Gazebo online from GROUPON. The item was delivered to me but when I opened it to inspect I found that the cover was torn. Do these people not quality check their stuff before sending it to PAYING customers. NOW IT IS A BIG ISSUE BECAUSE I WANT ANOTHER ONE, THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. Please anyone who is reading this be very careful when buying something from this company
