Bought 2 deals 2 days ago and still NO FEEDBACK

I bought 2 different deals on Groupon on Monday, and I paid for both deals via EFT as instructed but have yet to receive any feedback about my orders. <br> Usually, I get feedback from Groupon in the same day (within 24hrs) that my order has been received and the voucher will follow.<br> <br> But this time - SILENCE!! So i find it strange that, since paying for my deals on Monday - it's now Wednesday, 2 days later and I STILL haven't received any sort of feedback about my orders. No confirmation of receipt, no \your order is still being processed"nothing!!! <br> <br> While I understand there is a delay with EFT - i've never experienced any such delays as i ALWAYS pay via EFT and get my voucher within 24 hours.
