BOOKING CONFIRMATION

My friends and I bought a deal for Yacht,spa package and accomodation from Groupon and the supplier is Malibu Lodge (Brits/Hartebees). We have been trying to make bookings for the past 2 weeks. Eventually we were told to sms our reservations to the number that appears on the deal. After a week of sending an sms I called to follow up since no one called to inform me if my reservation has been made or not. I have called on the 18th Aug at 08:42 and the gentleman who picked up promised to check my reservation on the file and get back to me which he never did. I followed up again at 12:13 and I still got the same story of being called after 10mins. My last call to the lodge was yesterday at round about 17:48 and the same guy picked up and ask my name and still promised to call after 10mins. What kind of a lodge is this?is it legit?? Our booking is in a month's time and there's still no info of our bookings being reserved or not, we are being sent from pillar to post..PLEASE HELP!!! Frustrated Client!
