Black and Decker Cordless Drill with Accessories

Good day,<br> <br> On 17 Aug 2015 I ordered and paid for the Black and Decker Cordless Drill special. On the 7th of Sept 2015 I phoned Groupon to hear where is my order. The person said they were out of stock but Groupon will inform me the next day. The 9th of Sept 2015 I phoned again to ask what's going on, and they rep**** I will receive my order in the next 3 - 5 working days. Today, 17 Sept 2015, I phoned AGAIN to hear where is my parcel as 5 working days has past. They could not give my an answer. It's been a MONTH since I ordered and paid and not once has Groupon informed me what's going on. <br> <br> It is unacceptable to wait more than a month, for something that should have been delivered within 14 days and then Groupon does not even have the decency to inform me about anything<br>
