BIGGEST ****** IN TOWN

I ordered two ceiling fans on line from Groupon. 1 It took forever to get my order through. Eventually I managed to order 1 on 1/9/15 and the second one on 4/9/15. Payment to them came off my credit card immediately. One of my workmates found a man outside our office on 14/9, in the road with a fan and took it from him as she knew it was one I had ordered from a picture showed her. On 17/9 I had a mail and a call advising me my fan would be delivered on 18/9. On 18/9 a man came to deliver a small box approx 25x15x8cm with a lable on it saying it was a ceiling fan. That is impossible. I wrote on the box that that was not my order and sent it back. I've phoned Groupon to query. I spoke to Sandy. She promised to call before then end of the day. Haha. I phoned today they told me they're waiting for a reply from them supplier. I have now had to pay interest on my credit card account for payment of these fans, and only have one. I told them I have to have two as they both go in the same room. If they can't supply the other one they need to take the one back at their cost as it's useless to me... Will I ever see my money again? First & last time I will ever use them!
