BASE SET WITH BAD PACKING

I ordered a base set on Groupon on the 28th September 2015 received it on the 12th October 2015. The mattress packaging was torn in the middle and attempts to cover it with clear tape was visible. The mattress was stained as a result. I immediately notified Groupon the next morning. I had to wait till the 30th October for the delivery people to come and fetch the base set. I am not getting communication as to when am I getting another base set or refund.
