Bad Sevice and No delivery

Groupon is a pathethic service provider !!!, <br> <br> I ordered an item on 28/11/15 , delivery was to take place in 10 days , I have called twice, spending over 20 minutes on each call, sent numerous emails and still no response .<br> <br> I am now leaving on holiday in two days in 2 days time and still do not have my product nor have I has any response/communication form them <br> <br> I will NEVER use them again and do not recommend them to anyone
