BAD SERVICE, NO FEEDBACK AND UNRELIABLE

I purchased two items on groupon. The one item that i purchsed was a pots set, they delivered cutlery. I logged the query, i didn't receive any feedback, called them a couple of times, the person dealing with my query is never available. i requested to speak to someone else and only today(after 3 weeks) they tell me that to log a return. the other item i purchased is faulty. i logged a return for both items waiting for them to collect and refund me within 5 days like they claim they are going to. This is my first time purchasing items from them and they have profed themselves to be unreliable and not to be trusted. i regret using their service as they give such poor service. i should have looked how many complaints has been loggen against them because that gives evidence that a lot of people experience this poor service all the time.
