Bad service & inefficient - R689

I requested a refund from Groupon for a voucher which could not be redeemed before Christmas and was informed by a very friendly operator told it would take no more than 48 hrs, he ended off the call by saying that he would send me a template immediately requesting important info to process the refund. No email arrived. I called back the next day to follow up on the email and was informed by another very friendly agent that the incorrect email address was recorded by the previous agent, the new agent took the correct address and I received the template. I rep**** with proof of payment, voucher reference number and my banking details. My initial refund request was done on the 10th of December and to date I've received nothing, except a reply from the groupon to say that they are still waiting for my banking details- my reply email to them said see attached and below, as I populated by banking details on the \template"as requested by the first agent - if only somebody bothered to read properly. They have now received my banking details 3 times and still refund and I havent heard from them in 5 days! (R689) Call Centre number no answer and prompts you to email them??!"""
