Bad service at Group on

I ordered a vaccum for the first time with group on, but paid an extra amount (R1.00) and my order was cancelled becvause I paid extra amount,and after I was told I paid extra amount I orderd another vaccum with the correct amount( R259.00) this was in December 21-2015, and when you order via eft your delivery will be delivered within 24 hours, in January 2016 I phoned Group on and I was told they have back lock, they will deliver in few days , but they didnt deliver I phoned again to make a follow up I was told its been sent to Churchil courries , and they gave me tracking number , and I phoned Churchil and I was told they didnt receive anytrhing from Group on, and today I phoned Groupon and I was told the item got lost between them and courries,I'm very upset with the service offered by groupon,and the lies, and the *********** employees
