BAD SERVICE AFTER DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED

I was referred to Groupon by a friend. I joined groupon. I recently got married and purchased a set of Leopard cookware (21 piece) with the wedding money that we received. On delivery of my pots I discovered that one of the handles of the pots was broken. I contacted customer service at groupon the very next day. The response i got was basically a \don't care attitude"I was told to take a picture of the broken pot and send it through"
