Good Day,<br> <br> Last week I lodged a complaint, (http://hellopeter.com/groupon-sa/complaints/my-account-under-international-*****-investigation-***) and groupon responded and said that they would contact me shorty. I would like to know when shortly is? Also everytime I phoned they said someone would contact me shortly and here I am still waiting, no response... I don't know what their definition of shorty is, but I`m getting to the stage where I am seeking legal help to resolve this matter. It has been a month since I have purchased my item, I am done waiting.
