Bad service

Groupon should stop advertising this so called game retreat,its not even worth the money they want to pay.Went there and had the shock of my the place is undermantained the food is horrible OMG I don't know what to say about the bad attitude of Tanya the manager .She even said if we ever wanted to come back to the place she wouldn't take our reservation simply because we had told her we were not happy with the service.If they want make quick money from people they should do it in a more descent way not to make people believe that the person is even worth visiting.Given different management the place has a potential to become something beautiful ,ditch the tractor for a proper game drive truck ,get a proper chef,serve a buffet as they advertise and also get someone who knows how to handle clients ...
