Bad service !!!

I ordered a soda machine while me and my wife still in Pretoria. <br> <br> I tried to call 8 times over 2 days and waisted R134 on the calls. The call centre line is faulty and never get throw to an agent. <br> <br> I need to change my delivery address becasue we leaving Pta by Friday and after reading some reviews Groupin takes forever to deliver goods.<br> <br> I send them a message via there webaite and got the folowing response: An agent will contact you with 3-5 days! <br> <br> 3 - 5 days!!!!!! Are they crazy! <br> <br> Bad bad client service! <br> <br> Please do not use them at all. I will go to social media and know some friends in the press .<br> <br> People need to be warned about them! <br> <br>
