Bad product

Bought a tempered glass from groupon and the glass only fits a portion of the screen. What annoys me is that they dont bother replying to support emails. Feels like **************** as this tempered glass is pointless. Its just R100 but on principle this is just plain wrong to sell such products. How can they sell such ****!
