bad customer service and incompetence

I have queried my refund since from 2015 and has not been done , the consultants say they same thing over and over again that they will escalate and return back to me no response. i have been so served so badly its really disappointing to have such *********** individuals , i will personally direct this to the CEO if i must i have spend more than R 200.00 on calls to Groupon. This is really unacceptable treatment.
