Bad Customer Service

I purchased an item on Groupon, this took more than a week to get to me. When this arrived I only received 1 item where I ordered 2 and got billed for 2. OI contacted support and they said they will get back to me and it is a week already. I have sent mails to support to contact me but no reply, this is very frustrating as they said I must not use or open the 1st one I received until this is sorted.<br> <br> Very unhappy.
