bad customer service

I orders tickets and paid for it I'm still waiting for the other one and the function is today what is this I want a full refund on my tickets we need to go as a couple to the ***expo and we only have one ticket I want someone to call me today the function starts at 12:00 I'm on the phone holding for 3 hours and still waiting for someone to answer and assist this is unacceptab le. I was on the line and number 2 the phone just cut off and I'm on a contract phone so I have money to call. I want the refund of the two tickets
