Bad customer service

I was utterly disgusted in the way Rudolf handled my simple query. His response was rude and ***********, I myself work in a customer service environment and would never dare to speak to a customer in the manner he did. I am truly disappointed and this whole situation left a very bad taste in my mouth. This is for the agent please forward it to him: If this is how you handle a customer query you should really consider finding yourself a job in a total different industry as customer service is truly not for you.
