Bad AND no service

I ordered a pressure cooker for a birthday present, they delivered magic pans. I informed them that same day via email but got no response. After four emails and 8 phone calls (one of which I ended up speaking to an answering machine after holding for 20min) Finally I got to talk to someone after which I still did not get any help from them, after asking them to please keep me updated as no one before them did. Only after the eight phone call (where I threatened to go to Hello Peter) did they finally give me some feedback. They said the pressure cooker is out of stock and that I can keep the magic pans or they will refund me. I chose the refund option and they came to collect the magic pans. I am still waiting for my refund (10 working days since the pick up) and they did not even send me one email to keep me updated. Please help me to get my money back. It is more than a month later and I still don't have a present for my sister or the money to buy one. It is also impossible for me to get to the shops as I have a 3 month old baby to come home to after a full day of work. I really wanted to give my sister a decent birthday present for once but instead she got nothing.
