Are my purchase ever going to be delivered?
On 28/01/2015 I purchased a product.<br> <br> After 2 emails, with one blaze response, and 3 calls I am still without a parcel.<br> <br> On the last call Phumza said the parcel is ready to ship, but not shipped. WHY IS IT NOT SHIPPED?? 14 working days have lapsed already. When can I get a proper response???
