Appalling Customer Service

I recently bought a voucher for a full day spa at Aesthetic Elements from you. I am extremely unhappy with the service the supplier provided and have made several attempts to contact you about this with absolutely no feedback from you at all in 3 weeks. You have taken my money and run and now that I need assistance with a complaint you have no interest in me at all.<br> <br> I will never buy from you again and will make sure my network of friends, colleagues and acquaintances are aware of how ************* and unreliable your organisation is.
