Appalled by Groupon Service

I placed and paid for an order on the 7th of April 2015, for 16-Channel HDMI DIY CCTV Kit with Internet and 3G Phone Viewing. As per their terms and conditions is stated the delivery will take 5 days. On the 13th April I sent an email to inform them that 5 days have come and gone and I have not not received my goods. I then received an email from Rudolph Nyakatawa stating that in the fine print it states delivery will take 14 working days and 5 extra working days because it was an EFT payment.
