On 31 Dec 2015 I purchased an Umbrella via Groupon. Delivery was promised within 14 days. Goods have not arrived. A week ago I sent a query to Groupon. No response as they promised. 4 days ago I sent another query and got another response promising to contact me in 2 days. That email contained a copy of my bank statement showing that they received the money on 2 January 2016.
