Annoid, deliver my goods please

i purchased a Dessini Regina 21 - Piece Die Cast Aluminium Cookware Set, Shipped via Courier IT<br> Tracking Number: ***. You stated that it was delivered, sent mails and tried to make contact but no response. If the courier company delivered it to the said address and a 3rd party signs and receives for it, it is not my problem. They should ensure that the person who purchased the product is the person who signs for the product. Please resolve this as soon as possible or I will take this matter up in court.
