Almost 2 months Groupon.

I purchased a magazine deal around the middle of December 2015. According to the terms and conditions it appeared as though the magazines would be delivered before Christmas 2015. They were not. It was around the beginning of January when still no magazines had arrived. I tried contacting Groupon. The telephone lines had technical issues. I tried sending emails. 2 addresses for Groupon failed. I submitted a query online. I received an automated response on 8 January that I would be contacted. It is now 21 January -still no contact from Groupon. I called again on Tuesday. I was told that my order had been cancelled, no idea why but they would let me know. Still waiting. What kind of terrible service is this?!
